How to daily

Enjoy a little daily “check in” we like to do to make sure we are staying in step with our holistic goals.

Before starting take time to be still and sit at the foot of the cross with our Father. He is here to meet with you today, don’t miss out in an attempt to check the box and fill in the blank. It is all for Him and about Him.

Need a little more direction on how to flow through your daily check in? Check out the explanations below.

If not - jump right in using the printable PDF provided.

Repentance : To turn away from our sins and choose life. Daily repent for the thoughts, actions and words that do not bring life and light into your world and the world of others. Repent & know His blood is sufficient. If there are lies you are believing - give them to God. Close your eyes, walk to the foot of the cross and lay them down. Pick up truth. Pick up life. Replace the lie with The Truth.

Character Affirmation : Fill in this section with a kingdom culture character trait that you want to amplify today. Don’t forget to take time and slow down to truly choose thankfulness in the grateful list.

God’s Speaking to me today: Let this time be a moment of practice hearing God’s voice. If it’s silent, stay there.Quiet the noise, the distraction and the desire to move on. Sit with Him and listen.

Daily Movement Goal: This is truly open ended. Walk? 5k? CrossFit, paddle board, rock climb, grocery shop or a bike ride. You name it - just move.

Wellness Log: Sometimes writing down what we consume is enough for us to make a change. Mindless consumption is easy. Care what you consume.

Potential Hurdles & Positive Plan: Life happens and things get hard. Identify the the hurdles, whether they are spiritual - emotional or physical. See the problem and make a positive plan to overcome it.

Thoughts and reflections: Come back at the end of the day and reflect. Or reflect at the end of your movement, reflect at the end of the “hip-check” - it doesn’t matter when you reflect - just make sure you do.
